Iga has over 10 years of experience in creating developmental projects in collaboration with partners from various backgrounds. When working with clients, she applies open-minded approach and insight into the client’s perspective, finding a way both with groups of managers and specialists.

She is a social and cross-cultural psychologist with a huge dedication to building bridges between people. She has an expertise especially in East Asian cultures – she worked and cooperated in projects in Japan, South Korea and China, among others. In her practice as a trainer and a coach she focuses on creating a space for a dialogue and broadening perspectives.
