Participated in the development of the HR strategy for Dubai Government and worked on the development of organizational strategies, operational plans and budgets
- Policies and SOPs: Successfully led and participated in the development of HR public policies within Dubai Government (impacting 45 entities and 45K+ employees) such as Succession Planning, Career Management, and Learning and Development. Overlooked the development and implementation of internal HR Policies; Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Workflow Processes & Business Processes Blueprints for HR System Module throughout her tenure in the public and private sector
- Organizational Design/Development: Developed Organizational Design & reviewed Restructuring requests to ensure development of lean and efficient structures encompassing defining mandates and directories to job scoping, job evaluations, defining job roles and competency mapping. Worked on projects related to Organizational Performance, ISO accreditations and Quality and Excellence
