For 15 years, Alexander has worked as a host of various development events: ranging from conferences, through leadership experiential training to team effectiveness building workshops. He held more than 1500 events with the number of participants from 7 to 50,000 people in more than 13 countries: Italy, Spain, France, Latvia, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Belarus, etc.

In addition, Alexander held the position of a business coach at Ferrero Ukraine, where he also worked in organizing trainings in Ukraine, developing and adapting training programs, conducting classroom trainings for sales teams, conducting field trainings for supervisors, and analyzing training effectiveness.
