Ian has coached, trained and consulted throughout Central and Eastern Europe for over 30 years, helping numerous organizations to achieve challenging goals.
His primary interests are in culture & communication, leading change & innovation and organization effectiveness. Ian’s research and writing on these topics has been published internationally and he has spoken on the topics at international conferences.
Ian has also taught extensively in universities and business schools including the Open University, IBS and ESSCA and he continues to do so today. His doctorate studies at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest explore innovations in business school education.
Amongst his many professional influences, Ian particularly values the ideas and work of Chris Argyris, Edward T. Hall and Marshall McLuhan.
