Ivan has 12 years of successful cross-functional experience in FMCG industry, covering both business side from marketing and logistics to sales and organizational development.

While being responsible for functional developments department in the international company, Ivan mastered his practical skills in change management inside large organizations, training programs development and deployment in different markets. Has delivered more than 100 training sessions and workshops, covering such topics as: business transformation, team management and motivation, personal efficiency.
