As Solution Designer, Maciej ensures that the pursued actions bring the changes desired by the customer, e.g., increased engagement level, decreased turnover, and higher margin levels of the contracts being negotiated.
Works both in F2F environment and a virtual classroom: accompanied over 1,000 people in the development of their skills as Trainer, Facilitator, Sparring Partner, and Actor in an interactive performances. Delivered training to specialists, middle and senior managers from dozens of industries.
