Małgorzata Borowska

Małgorzata has 19 years of experience in designing development programs for business and public sector managers. She has worked with clients from various industries – incl. pharmaceutical, service, FMCG, production and new technologies – across the globe. ​

Her strongest asset in dealing with clients is the variety of her professional experience.​

For 12 years she was associated with one of the oldest Polish non-governmental organizations developing leadership programs – the School for Leaders Foundation ​
– as a facilitator, coordinator and the head of the coaching team. In 2014, as a leader of a social movement, she successfully negotiated maternity benefits with the Polish government.​

She has facilitated sessions in the US, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Russia, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan. ​
