Marcin has designed and implemented development programs on leadership and team management for more than 20 years. Leadership experience gained being a manager at Foundation in Support of Local Democracy (2000-2005).
With law as a basic education, Marcin focuses on logic and evidence-based indicators and business results. Graduated also from Theater Faculty of Warmia-Mazury University. Uses that experience working one-on-one with top managers on strategical presentations and public performances. As a key-note speaker delivers power speeches on motivation and self-efficiency, using own experience as an example – the way from ‘getting up from a couch’ to win the title of IRONMAN triathlon World Champion in 2017 and Vice World Champion in 2022.
