For 19 years Paweł has been involved in the development and implementation of development projects in the area of soft skills. He combines an extensive coaching experience with the ability to analyze the needs of clients at every level of the organization.

He is a business practitioner with over 25 years of experience. He applies it on a daily basis in his workshops, ensuring that the content conveyed are available for immediate use in the realities of professional life. In addition to training, he deals with business coaching and Action Learning sessions. Given that he was born and raised in Canada, all development activities are conducted in Polish and English with an equal ease.
