Sergiu has over 20 years of experience in business. He worked in multinational companies, in national companies and state-owned companies.
Moreover, he has the experience of having managed four start-up businesses. Consequently, he has gained experience and expertise in management, sales, negotiations, and customer relations, development of partnerships, team development, practical change, leadership and entrepreneurship.

He has conducted more than 300 training sessions, evaluation and development centers and over 350 team building sessions, sales or management conferences.
With an extended and constant activity in volunteering, Sergiu believes in change through active involvement. He has generated or has got actively involved in different project of Leaders Romania, ProDemocratia, Aser, with an impact on the development of the human capital in Romania.
