Tomasz has been a business coach since 2000. Legal studies taught him, among others, cause and effect thinking, which is useful in analysis of training needs, or program design – he makes sure that they are inspiring, but at the same time leading to a determined and a practical aim. Such an approach is also supported by his business experience as a manager in an international corporation.

He has been implementing employee development projects for numerous international corporations. Tomasz is dedicated to fostering personal growth as a trainer and consultant.
He has created and implemented programs aimed at optimizing customer service quality processes. Post-graduate MBA studies, which he partially carried out in England, provided him with knowledge and an ability to observe standards of management in practice.
